Looking to sell your books?

We source our books from a wide variety of places, house clearances, auctions and more. We specialise in Antiquarian and rare books but also sell a variety of more recent publications. We are mainly interested in Scottish, Art, Classics, Philosophy, History, Science & Nature, Travel/Exploration, Children's books and all kinds of fiction (including paperbacks).

If you have books to sell please do get in touch by using the contact form on this website or by phoning the shop.  Please contact us before bringing any books.  For larger collections we can arrange to come to view (with Covid measures adhered to) and discuss what will be the best option for you.  We know in some cases this can be an emotional process so our aim is to guide you through it in a  straightforward, unobtrusive way.  We are passionate about books and want to find them good homes.
