Established in 1982 Bouquiniste buy and sell second-hand books and postcards, with 2022 marking forty years of our family bookshop in St Andrews.  Before we set up the shop we ran a book stall by the fountain on Market Street, and named it Bouquiniste after our love of France and of the book stalls along the Seine in Paris.  We are happy to welcome customers old and new; students, locals and visitors to our picturesque medieval market town.  Many old faces return to us, sometimes decades since their first visit to the town.
